Sylvia Nissenboim, MSW, LCSW received her Master’s in Social Work from St. Louis University in 1981 and has managed and offered services for older adults and their families since 1982. She is currently in private practice focusing on geriatric care issues, family caregiving and counseling. She authored The Positive Interactions Program in 1998 , a well read and implemented program of care for professionals working with persons with dementia. Dr. Michelon has a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology and has worked as a Research Scientist at Washington University in Saint Louis, in the Psychology Department. From 2004 to 2008, Koster represented the 31st district in the Missouri Senate, which covers Cass, Johnson, Bates and Vernon Counties. David Seitzer is a Veteran of the US Army Signal Corps. While pursuing a nursing degree, he became acutely aware of the issues affecting seniors.
